Butt weld fittings are used to join pipes and fittings by welding their ends together. Also known as welded pipe fittings or buttweld fittings, these components come with beveled or plain ends and are usually available in sizes ranging from 1/2” to 72”. They are manufactured according to ASME B16.9 and EN standard made from materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Nickel Alloys, etc.
Unlike socket weld fittings, which are typically limited to sizes below NPS 4”, butt weld fittings can be found in a wider range of sizes, from 1/2” to 72”.
Long Radius Elbows, available in various forms and sizes, including Elbows, Tees, Crosses, and Reducers. The dimensions and tolerances of these fittings are specified by ASME B16.9 standards.
Buttweld Fittings Equal Tee
equal tee pipe fittings and flanges. We adhere to the most common dimensional standards, such as SME B16.9, B16.28 MSS-SP43/75, for sizes ranging from ½” to 72″ in all schedules.
Unequal Tees
These tees are used to join pipelines at a right angle with the line. They are extensively used as pipe fittings in pipeline networks to facilitate the passage of two-phase fluid mixtures.
Reducing Cross Tee
Reducing Cross is a type of pipe fitting with four branch ends, each of a different diameter, making it ideal for connecting pipes of varying sizes. Commonly known as four-way fittings.
