Reducing Union Tube Fitting

Reducing Union Tube Fitting

Table of Content

A reducing union is a fitting component designed to connect two separate pipes effectively. It allows for easy disconnection without causing deformation to the pipes. Reducing Union fitting is ideal for connecting pipes of similar or different diameters, ensuring a secure seal.

Kaizen Steel Industries is a leading supplier of high-quality Reducing Union Tube Fitting, offering them at affordable prices. We provide Reducing Union fittings in various standards, specifications, and custom dimensions to meet different application needs.

Reducing unions are widely used in various industries to connect pipes of different sizes easily. Typically, a reducing union consists of three main parts: a nut, a female end, and a male end. The nut is used to connect the male and female ends, locking the joint in place. A radial screw or nut ensures a tight seal between the pipes through this fitting.

When external forces and stress are applied to a pipe, it can sometimes cause the reducing union parts to break, typically due to a failure of the screw or nut. However, our pipe unions are made from high-quality materials, which reduces the likelihood of such breakage.

We perform various quality tests on our products to ensure their reliability. These tests include mechanical tests, PMI tests, chemical tests, tensile tests, intergranular corrosion tests, destructive and nondestructive tests, and hydrostatic tests.

We manufacture reducing unions in various grades, diameters, and thicknesses according to customer drawings and specifications.
