Wafer Check Valves Supplier
Wafer Check Valves are a practical solution for tight spaces where flanged check valves might not fit. Unlike flanged check valves, which are fixed in place and can restrict flow, wafer check valves feature a molded body that provides ample space for the disc to fully open.
Kaizen Steels offers a diverse range of high-quality wafer check valves, expertly manufactured by Wafer Check Valves Company. Our wafer check valves are available in sizes from 2″ to 48″ and come in class ratings from 150 to 2500. We can provide these valves with Raised Face (RF) or Ring Type Joint (RTJ) ends, adhering to ANSI B16.5 specifications. Additional end connections are available upon request.
Our wafer check valves are crafted to meet API 594 standards and undergo rigorous testing to comply with API 598 and ANSI B16.34 design standards. Each valve is supplied with EN10204 3.1 Test Certification. For further assurance, we offer additional testing options such as radiography and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) upon customer request.
